Name Change to Anglo Canadian Mining Corp

Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company has resolved that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange it will change its name to Anglo Canadian Mining Corp.
The Company shall make an application to extend the terms of Warrants issued on June 22, 2010 for a period of an additional year. On June 22, 2010 the Company issued 1,375,000 warrants exercisable up to June 22, 2011 at a price of $0.20 per share. Upon TSX Venture Exchange approval, the Warrants shall expire on June 22. 2012.
