Redhill Resources Corp.: Deflector Drilling Program Continues, Drilling Commences at Spanish Galleon
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/09/11 -- Redhill Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: RHR) ('Redhill' or the 'Company'), announces that Mutiny Gold Ltd. (ASX: MYG) ('Mutiny'), operator and optionee of Redhill's wholly owned Gullewa Copper-Gold Project, has informed Redhill that its initial RC drilling program conducting infill drilling on the Deflector extension zones has been completed. This program totaled 40 RC holes for approximately 3609 meters. Diamond infill drilling of the upper portion of the primary mineralization zone at Deflector is continuing.
Mutiny has now commenced a program of 17 holes and approximately 1700 meters at the Spanish Galleon prospect located within the Gullewa tenements. The current program of drilling is designed to follow-up and to test the continuity of the mineralization encountered by the previous operator, Redhill, which previously announced results in a news release dated August 18, 2009.
