Quadra FNX Files NI 43-101 Technical Reports for the Sierra Gorda & Victoria Projects

('Quadra FNX' or the 'Company') (TSX: QUX) is pleased to announce that the National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) compliant Technical Report dated June 8, 2011 in support of the May 16, 2011 Sierra Gorda Feasibility Study announcement, has been filed on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.
Also filed on SEDAR is the NI 43-101 Technical Report in support of the April 19, 2011 Inferred Mineral Resource announcement for the Victoria Project in Sudbury, Ontario.
Qualified Persons
The Sierra Gorda NI 43-101 Technical Report was prepared by Pincock, Allen & Holt ('PAH') under the direction of Leonel Lopez, C.P.G., a qualified person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101. The Sierra Gorda resource was estimated by Mine Development Associates ('MDA') under the direction of Steven Ristorcelli, C.P.G, a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101.
The Victoria 43-101 Technical Report was prepared under the direction of Catharine Farrow Ph.D., P. Geo., Executive Vice President - Technical Services and Project Evaluation, and John Everest, M.Sc., P.Geo., Manager - Sudbury Exploration for Quadra FNX, the designated Qualified Persons pursuant to NI 43-101.
