('Silvermex') (TSX: SLX) announces the filing of its 2010 annual report on Form 40-F with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ('SEC'), pursuant to section 13 of the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
The Form 40-F includes the Company's audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, the Management's Discussion and Analysis, and the Annual Information Form for 2010, as well as the inclusion of note disclosure of the significant differences between Canadian and United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
