Marifil Partner Receives Approval to Move Forward at Toruel
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/23/11 -- MARIFIL MINES LTD. (TSX VENTURE: MFM) ('Marifil' or 'the Company') announces that Netco Energy Inc. has received regulatory approval to proceed with the option to acquire up to 75% of Marifil's Toruel property, Rio Negro Province, Argentina.
Netco has notified the Company that they plan to send a team to the property within the next six weeks to begin an exploration program.
Mr. John Hite comments, 'We are pleased that Netco has received TSX approval and will begin to move forward on this property. Our prior work has identified significant silver, copper, indium, lead, and zinc in drilling. Netco will now be the fifth company doing work on Marifil properties this year which once again illustrates that our business model of farming out properties is a sound strategy.'
