PERTH, Western Australia, June 24, 2011 /CNW/ - Tiger Resources Limited
(ASX: TGS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Constable
as a non-executive director. Based in Toronto, Canada, Mr Constable
will bring his extensive experience as an exploration geologist,
investor relations professional and director of companies in the
resource sector to the Company as it seeks to broaden global market
awareness of its growing operations as a copper producer in the Katanga
Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

After founding and managing a private geological and financial
consulting business which he ran successfully for eight years, David
employed his skills in strategic communications and marketing, and used
his strong financial market relationships in assisting the growth of
listed resource companies. He was Vice President Investor Relations of
Normandy Mining Limited for five years, and for FNX Mining Company Inc.
(now QuadraFNX Mining) for eight years thereafter.

Over the last 10 years Mr. Constable has served as a non-executive
director on the boards of Toronto Stock Exchange listed mining
companies. He most recently served as a non-executive on the boards of
dual ASX/TSX-listed Moly Mines Limited and TSX-listed Aquiline
Resources Inc. He has also founded and listed two companies and has
been deeply involved in financings, acquisitions and divestments in the
resources sector.

Mr. Constable holds an Honours BSc. degree in Geology and Mathematics
from Mount Allison University, New Brunswick, and an MBA from the
Laurentian University, Ontario. He is currently a member of the
Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors.
