NWM Mining Update on Annual and Special Meeting & Canadian Postal Disruption

TORONTO, June 24, 2011 /CNW/ - NWM Mining Corporation (the 'Company')
(TSXV: NWM) announces that its Annual and Special Meeting will be held
at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, July 15, 2011 at the Toronto
Board of Trade - Downtown Centre, 1 First Canadian Place,
Ketchum/Osgoode Room, Toronto, Ontario (the 'Meeting'). The record
date for the purpose of determining holders of common shares who are
entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Meeting was June 6, 2011.
NWM Mining regrets that due to the postal disruption in Canada,
materials being delivered to Canadian shareholders in connection with
the Meeting may not be available in a timely manner.
NWM Mining has filed its notice of meeting, management information
circular and form of proxy ('Meeting Materials') on SEDAR (www.sedar.com). The Meeting Materials will also be made available on the
Corporation's website.
If shareholders do not have electronic access to the Meeting Materials,
our transfer agent, Equity Financial Trust Company, will courier copies
free of charge if they are requested no later than Friday, July 8, 2011
by calling Equity at 1.866.393.4891 or sending an email to investor@equityfinancialtrust.com.
All proxies must be received by Equity by 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on
Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
Shareholders in the United States are expected to receive the Meeting
Material in due course and should not be impacted by the postal
disruption.
