NWM Completes CAD $2.186 M Equity Financing

TORONTO, July 8, 2011 /CNW/ - NWM Mining Corporation (TSXV: NWM) is
pleased to announce the closing of a 14,132,000 common share private
placement financing. Each share was issued at a price of $.125 cents
per common share for aggregate proceeds of CAD $1,766,500. Commissions
amounting to CAD $168,454 were paid, and shares totalling 1,347,625
issued, to placement agents in connection with this financing. The
Company also announces a close of 2,800,000 units, with each unit
comprised of shares priced at $.15 and a one half warrant expiring July
8, 2012 priced at $.20 per warrant for aggregate proceeds of CAD
$420,000. Commissions amounting to CAD $42,000 were paid and shares
totalling 280,000 issued to placement agents in connection with this
financing.
The private placement is subject to regulatory approval and the
securities issued are subject to a four month plus one day hold period,
ending November 9, 2011, in accordance with the policies of the TSX
Venture Exchange and applicable securities laws.
