TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/13/11 -- Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. (TSX: ICI)(OTCQX: ICMTF) ('Inter-Citic' or 'the Company') President and CEO James Moore, is pleased to announce that the Company has engaged Standard Chartered Securities (North America) Inc. and Standard Chartered Bank ('Standard Chartered') to advise the Company and its Board of Directors in connection with the ongoing review of the Company's strategy, capital structure and future financing alternatives, including evaluating and advising on the appropriateness of listing the Company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Standard Chartered's services include M&A Advisory, Corporate Finance, Project Financing, and Metals and Mining industry coverage.
