VANCOUVER, July 28, 2011 /CNW/ - Goldgroup Mining Inc. ('Goldgroup' or
the 'Company') is pleased to announce that it has continued into
British Columbia as a company under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), from Québec, and has received a Certificate of
Continuation effective July 28, 2011. The continuation was approved by
the shareholders of the Company at the annual and special meeting of
shareholders held on June 10, 2011.
