Osisko Director Resigns
MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 08/22/11 -- Osisko Mining Corporation ('Company') (TSX: OSK)(FRANKFURT: EWX) reports that Mr. Andre J. Douchane has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors due to conflict of work commitments.
