US Army Corps of Engineers selects Cardno ENTRIX to complete Environmental Impact Statement for Haile Gold Mine project

(the 'Company') is pleased to announce that the US Army Corps of Engineers ('Corps') has selected Cardno ENTRIX to complete the Environmental Impact Statement ('EIS') for the Haile Gold Mine project in South Carolina.  Cardno ENTRIX is a subsidiary of Cardno Limited, a global provider of physical and social infrastructure services.

The EIS will provide the remaining essential information needed by the Corps to issue a 404 Wetlands permit. On September 23, 2011, the Corps filed the Notice of Intent to Prepare an EIS in the Federal Register establishing October 27, 2011 for the Scoping and Public Hearing meeting that will be held in Kershaw, South Carolina.  Following that meeting and subsequent comment period an EIS schedule will be developed.  Additional information regarding the Haile EIS will be available at a website independently managed by the Corps through Cardno ENTRIX at: www.HaileGoldMineEIS.com.
