Anglo Canadian announces Private Placement

Anglo Canadian Mining Corp. (TSX-V: URA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement in the amount of CDN $120,000. This private placement will consist of 1,000,000 units at a price of $0.12. Each unit will consist of one common share and one full warrant exercisable at a price of $0.20 for a period of one year.
This private placement is subject to TSX Venture exchange approval.
