VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/28/11 -- Blackstone Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: BLV) ('Blackstone' or the 'Company') has completed a share-for-debt transaction to satisfy amounts outstanding to Kima Geological Services Ltd. The Company has issued to Kima a total of 850,000 common shares in settlement of $68,000 of outstanding indebtedness.
