('the Company') wishes to advise that Matthew Salthouse has resigned from his position as General Counsel and Company Secretary to pursue another opportunity. He will be leaving the Company on October 19(th) 2011.Mark Chamberlain, Chief Financial Officer will assume the Company Secretary role for OceanaGold upon Matthew's departure.
