ROUYN-NORANDA, 10/28/11 - Pershimco Resources Inc. (the 'Corporation' or 'Pershimco') (TSX VENTURE: PRO)(FRANKFURT: BIZ) announces the granting, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, of 150,000 options to Mr. Richard Leroux, Pershimco's consultant.
