Largo Resources Awaiting Final Confirmation of Commitment from Commercial Banks for US$150 Million Financing for the Maracas Vanadium Project, Bahia, Brazil
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/11 -- Largo Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: LGO) ('Largo' or the 'Company') announced today that it is expecting to receive final commitment from a consortium of commercial banks for a guaranty of its $150 million BNDES debt facility for the Maracas vanadium project imminently.
Largo halted the trading in its shares on November 1, 2011 on the basis of material information relating to the expected final commitment of guarantees for the BNDES facility.
As a result of the extended duration of the halt, Largo has decided to resume the trading of its shares pending news.
Largo intends to issue a further press release upon receiving confirmation of the commitment for its BNDES funding.
