VANCOUVER, Nov. 21, 2011 /CNW/ - PMI Gold Corporation
(the 'Company') is pleased to update the market that pursuant to the agreement appointing Ms Rebecca Greco to manage investor relations for the Company (announced 7 September 2011), the Board has approved the issue of Company stock options based on the following terms:
-- 200,000 stock options at an exercise price of C$1.17 per share
based on the closing price of the TSX on 18 November 2011,
exercisable in whole or in part on or before November 19, 2016.
-- Vesting as per the following:
a. 70,000 shares on September 1, 2012 (being the first
anniversary date of completion of 12 months of the
Consultant's employment);
b. an additional 70,000 shares on September 1, 2013
(being the second anniversary date of completion of 24
months of the Consultant's employment); and
c. an additional 60,000 shares on September 1, 2014
(being the third anniversary date of completion of 36
months of the Consultant's employment);
-- The options are issued pursuant to the terms and conditions of
the Company's Stock Option Plan.
-- The options are subject to receipt of approval from the TSX
Venture Exchange.
Ms. Greco manages the investor relations and shareholder communication service with a focus on expanding the PMI's visibility and profile within the investment community.
