Prosperity Goldfields Corp. Hires Frontline Communications for Investor Relations

VANCOUVER, Aug. 12, 2011 /CNW/ - Prosperity Goldfields Corp. (TSX-V: PPG) (the “Company“ or “Prosperity“) is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, it has signed an agreement with Frontline Communications Investor Relations Inc. (“Frontline“) and its principal, Leo Karabelas, of Toronto, Ontario. Frontline will provide investor relations services to improve communications with investors, to increase market awareness of the Company and its exploration programs, and generally to ensure effective investor relations and marketing in Canada, Europe and United States. The Company will pay to Frontline a fee of $4,000.00 per month plus HST and grant options for the purchase of a total of 150,000 common shares at an exercise price of 0.85 cents per share.About Frontline Communications Investor Relations Inc.
