General Metals Completes Mill Site Cleanup Work Plan at Its Independence Gold Project; Engages World-Renown Metallurgical Engineer
The Company also announces that it has engaged Thom Seal Ph.D., P.E., to work on metallurgical properties, recovery, reagents, etc. resulting in a report with recommendations on the Independence Gold Project. Dr. Seal's work will be part of the Company's Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Project and will be included in its revised CNI 43-101 report. Dr. Seal has a M.S. in metallurgical engineering, a Ph.D. in mining engineering-metallurgy and is the Barrick Gold Professor of Mining-Mineral Processing-Metallurgy at the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering, University of Nevada. He holds a professional engineering license (P.E.) in the state of Nevada, in the field of mining engineering/mineral processing. Dr. Seal is a founding registered member of the Society of Mining Engineers, and is a 'Qualified Person.'
