VANCOUVER, June 21, 2011 - PNG Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: PGK) (the 'Company' or 'PGK') is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has issued its Final Exchange Bulletin in respect of the Reverse Takeover transaction described in the Company's Filing Statement dated April 29, 2011 and filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com. As a result, the Company has met the requirements to be listed as a TSX Venture Tier 2 Company and effective at market open Tuesday, June 21, 2011, the Company's listing will transfer from NEX to TSX Venture Tier 2 and the trading symbol for the Company will change from PGK.H to PGK.About PNG Gold Corporation
