Vancouver, B.C. - Upper Canyon Minerals Corp. ("Upper Canyon" or the "Company") announces that it has granted a total of 1,100,000 incentive stock options to directors/officers/employees and/or consultant under the Company's Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable at $0.10 per share andwill expire December 7th, 2016.
