TORONTO, Dec. 23, 2011 - Brigadier Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE: BRG) (the "Company") announced today that it has rescheduled the special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting"), originally to be held January 13, 2012, to January 30, 2012. The record date for notice of the Meeting and voting at the Meeting remains December 14, 2011.The Company also announced the resignation of Mr. Peter Leger as a director of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Leger for his contribution and service.
