MBAC files a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for Santana Phosphate Project

TORONTO, Oct. 5, 2011 - MBAC Fertilizer Corp. (“MBAC“ or the “Company“) (TSX: MBC) (OTCQX: MBCFF) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release of September 12, 2011 announcing the results of an initial Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA“) and Mineral Resource Estimate for the Santana Phosphate Project, the Company has filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report containing the PEA and Mineral Resource Estimate.
