Victory Ventures to List on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

VANCOUVER, Sept. 12, 2011 - Victory Ventures Inc. (the “Company“) (TSX VENTURE: VVN) is pleased to announce that it has retained a European agent to facilitate a listing of its common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. No additional shares will be issued.It is expected that trading will commence during the month of October, 2011. The trading symbol will be provided shortly.
The Company believes this is a positive step in enhancing its exposure to a larger audience as it builds its business.
