TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2012 - Tembo Gold Corp. (the “Company“ or “Tembo“) announces the granting of stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and employees for the purchase of up to 1,044,000 common shares, exercisable at a price of $1.00 per share until January 14, 2015.No securities of the Company are currently listed on any exchange. The Company has filed an application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV“) and has received conditional approval. Listing will be subject to the Company fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the TSXV.
