VANCOUVER, Dec. 7, 2011 - Elgin Mining Inc. (“Elgin Mining“) (TSX-V: ELG) is pleased to announce that it has been accepted for graduation to Tier 1 of the TSX Venture Exchange. Elgin Mining will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Tier 1 issuer effective today.Elgin Mining Inc.
