VANCOUVER, Dec. 21, 2011 - Orocan Resource Corp. (the "Company") announces that an extraordinary general meeting of members of the Company will be held on January 27, 2012. At that meeting, a special resolution will be proposed to change the Company's name to "Standard Graphite Corporation".
