Gulfside Minerals Ltd. changes name to Arrowstar Resources Ltd.

VANCOUVER, March 5, 2012 - Robert L. Card, President of Gulfside Minerals Limited ('Gulfside' or the 'Company'), is pleased to report that the Company is changing its name to Arrowstar Resources Ltd. effective at the close of business on Tuesday, March 6, 2012. The shares of the Company will begin trading under the new name on the TSX Venture Exchange at the open on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 under its new name and trading symbol 'AWS'. There is no consolidation or change in share capital. Shares of the Company in the new name will be available from the Company's Transfer Agent, Computershare

The Company's main project is the Snettisham iron ore project located about 30 miles southeast of Juneau, Alaska. This project is an iron ore project on the Snettisham Peninsula which has been intermittently explored since 1969.

The Company anticipates doing an extensive exploration program during the 2012 season of geological assessment and followed up by diamond drilling to confirm the previous 49 holes drilled on the project in the past.
