PROPOSED ISSUE OF OPTIONS
The Board of Directors of Tiger Resources Limited, excluding Mr Neil Fearis and Mr David Constable, has resolved to seek shareholder approval at the forthcoming annual general meeting on 22 May 2012 for the issue of options to non-executive directors. Shareholder approval will be sought for the grant of 1,000,000 options and 600,000 options to Mr Fearis and Mr Constable respectively with an exercise price of $0.46 each and an expiry date of 31 December 2014.
