Tawsho Mining Inc: Announces Grant of Stock Options

TORONTO, Feb. 14, 2012 - Tawsho Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TAW) ("Company" or "Tawsho") announces today that it has granted 125,000 stock options to acquire common shares to a director and consultants of the company. These options shall vest immediately and are exercisable at any time until the close of business on February 13, 2017. The exercise price of the options is $0.25 per share based on the last closing price on the TSX Venture Exchange (February 08, 2012) of $0.28.The granting of these options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Including this grant of options, there are currently options to acquire a total of 1,540,000 common shares outstanding pursuant to Tawsho's stock option plan.
