LONDON, Feb. 14, 2012 - Cluff Gold (AIM:CLF) (TSX:CFG), the dual AIM/TSX-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that it was informed today that Mr Tim Wadeson, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at 93 pence per share.Following this purchase, Mr Wadeson is interested in a total of 103,740 ordinary shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
