Standard Graphite Retains Public Relations Consultant

VANCOUVER, 03/15/12 - Standard Graphite Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SGH) (the "Company") reported that it has entered into a consulting agreement to retain G2 Consultants Corp. of Vancouver, B.C., to provide financial public relations services. G2 Consultants will assist the Company in expanding its profile and conveying the Company's key messages to the investment community beyond the Company's existing investor base.Under the terms of the agreement, the Company has retained G2 Consultants for a twelve-month period effective March 15, 2012 and expiring March 14, 2013, subject to a 30-day written termination notice. G2 Consultants will be paid up to $8,000 per month plus approved expenses for selected services and will be granted up to 300,000 stock options. An initial 150,000 stock options will be granted at an exercise price of $0.56 per share for a period of five years from today's date, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan. The options vest over a period of one year pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange policies.
