Platinex Commences Drilling on Shining Tree Property
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 03/22/12 -- Platinex Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PTX) is commencing a drilling program immediately to test several strong IP anomalies associated with the gold dispersion train described in previous press releases (Platinex Update, Feb. 14, 2012; Platinex 2011 Exploration Update Shining Tree Project, Nov. 24, 2011). The gold dispersion train on the Shining Tree property is one of the more prominent known gold trains in Ontario. This drilling program will be the first drilling done to test these prominent gold and associated IP anomalies.
JVX Ltd. of Richmond Hill Ontario completed nine line kilometers of Spectral IP and Resistivity Surveys on the property in February and March, 2012. Multiple strong and extensive IP anomalies were partially defined to provide drill targets.
