declares its instituted monthly dividend of $0.05 per common share for March 2012 payable on April 23, 2012 to shareholders of record as of April 10, 2012. Gold Resource Corporation is a low-cost gold producer with operations in southern Mexico.The March dividend marks the first opportunity for shareholders to participate in the Company's gold and silver dividend program announced earlier this month.
