Pan Global Resources Inc. Resumes Reconnaissance Drilling

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - March 28, 2012) - Pan Global Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PGZ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of a 6,000m program of reconnaissance drilling to be undertaken in the Republic of Serbia by its exploration partner, Lithium Li Holdings Inc. During the winter, the exploration team has integrated and reviewed all geological, geophysical and geochemical data, and finalized a drilling program which will initially focus on reconnaissance and limited follow up drilling on the Valjevo, Ljig, Kosjeric and Jadar West properties. The program is designed to enable prioritization of the licences for more substantial follow up drilling which is expected to be started within 2 months of the completion of this reconnaissance phase, after all geochemical assays have been received, and integrated with existing geological, geochemical and geophysical data.The Company has granted a total of 1.81 million options to directors, management, consultants and contractors following the completion of the oversubscribed private placement announced on 24th February 2012.
