As announced in Orko's press release of April 5, 2012, Pan American has advised that it cannot meet the April 13th deadline to deliver the feasibility study according to the terms of the original joint venture agreement with Orko, and that its interest in the La Preciosa project will be returned to Orko.

Management is confident that the fundamental value of the La Preciosa project remains unchanged from the positive preliminary economic assessment released August 11, 2011, and is happy to have Pan American's interest in the project returned to Orko.

Orko enthusiastically awaits results from both the new resource estimate expected within the month as well as the AMEC Americas Limited updated preliminary economic assessment on the project, which is expected in late July.

Management would like to emphasize that the project remains an outstanding pure silver opportunity, located in an excellent low-risk location, and that has a significant open pit component for low cost mining.
