Ivanhoe Australia Announces Board Changes
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire - April 11, 2012) - Robert Friedland, Chairman, and Peter Reeve, Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoe Australia Limited (TSX:IVA) (ASX:IVA), announced today that Peter Meredith and John Macken have resigned from their roles as non-executive directors of Ivanhoe Australia, effective immediately.
Mr. Meredith and Mr. Macken were appointed directors of Ivanhoe Australia in 2006 and 2007, respectively, prior to the company's listing on the ASX and have been instrumental in the growth and success of the company over the past five years.
