TORONTO, May 14, 2012 - Patagonia Gold Plc (TSX: PAT) (AIM: PGD), ("Patagonia Gold" or the "Company"), an advanced mining exploration company with gold and silver projects in the southern Patagonia region of Argentina, is pleased to announce that its Annual Report for 2011 will today be posted to shareholders and will also be available on the Company's website, shortly, at www.patagoniagold.ca. Included within the Annual Report is notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), which is scheduled to take place at 11 am on 6 June 2012 at The Cavalry and Guards Club, 127 Piccadilly, London W1V OPX.About Patagonia Gold
