Manson Creek Resources Ltd. Extends Warrants

CALGARY, March 29, 2012 - Manson Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: MCK) ('Manson Creek') is pleased to report that it received Exchange approval to extend the expiry date of subscriber warrants issued as a part of a private placement in November 2010. These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 18,500,000 common shares and 1,900,000 flow-through shares with 19,450,000 share purchase warrants attached. The Company has received approval to extend the expiry date for these warrants by 12 months, from May 3, 2012 to May 3, 2013 with all other terms and conditions of the warrants remaining unchanged.


Corporate Update

The Company is pleased to report the recent signing of a geophysical services contract with Aurora Geosciences of Whitehorse. Manson Creek will conduct an Induced Polarization survey on the discovery zones of the Tell property in the spring in preparation for the proposed diamond drill program later in the field season.


Tell Project Background

Manson Creek has outlined an area of 600 meters by 450 meters, hosting seven well developed natural spring gossans with highly anomalous metal signatures. Soil and rock samples collected from all the zones have shown highly anomalous zinc, nickel and arsenic along with numerous other gold pathfinder elements.

Manson Creek believes the seven Tell property gossans to be of extreme significance due to the number of successful drill discoveries made on similar gossans in the region. ATAC Resources Ltd.'s Ocelot discovery was made by targeting an undrilled natural spring surface gossan that has associated strongly anomalous zinc and other pathfinder element sample results. Like the Ocelot zone, the seven Tell property gossans are located near regional carbonate units within structurally complex geology in, and proximal to, the Rackla gold belt. The seven Tell property gossans have never been drill tested.
