VANCOUVER, May 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Compass Gold Corporation (TSXV: CVB) today announced the grant of stock options to recently appointed non-executive director Larry Phillips to purchase up to 300,000 common shares. Each option is exercisable to acquire one common share of Compass at a price of $0.12 per common share until May 14, 2017, in accordance with the terms of Compass' stock option plan.About Compass
