LAVAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire - May 7, 2012) - Typhoon Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TYP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michel Basque as a new member of the Company's Board of Directors.Over the past 34 years, Mr. Basque has held various positions related to public safety at both the federal and provincial levels of government in the province of Quebec (as well as in its Far North region) and in Europe.
