TORONTO, June 15, 2012 - Tawsho Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TAW) ("Tawsho" or the "Company") announced that Mr. Gary Perkins has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") for health and personal reasons. Mr. Joseph Feldman, director of the Company, will take up the position of President and CEO and Mr. Kar Peng Yong C.A. will take over the position of interim CFO."The Company thanks Mr. Perkins for his past services and wishes him well," stated Mr. Feldman.
