TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/19/12 -- Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (TSX VENTURE: APM) (FRANKFURT: NJGN) ("Amerix" or the "Company") announced today that the Company has granted a total of 350,000 incentive stock options to an officer of the Company and consultants, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan.
