Lion One Metals Limited Announces Changes in Management

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - June 22, 2012) - Lion One Metals Limited (TSX VENTURE:LIO) (OTCQX:LOMLF) (FRANKFURT:LY1) (the "Company") announces that Mr. Kelly Fielder has resigned as Corporate Secretary and Director of the Company, for personal reasons. Mr. Hamish Greig has accepted the position of Vice President and Corporate Secretary and joins the Company's Board of Directors.

Lion One Metals is a gold exploration company focused on the redevelopment of the Tuvatu Gold Project on the island of Viti Levu in Fiji. Lion One plans to advance Tuvatu towards production over the next two years and expects to increase current NI 43-101 compliant resources through exploration on portions of Tuvatu previously taken through feasibility-stage studies by previous operators.
