TORONTO, 06/26/12 - Unigold Inc. ("Unigold") (TSX VENTURE: UGD) announces following the Annual General Meeting, Unigold Inc. has granted 4,225,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to directors, officers, consultants and employees of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.33 per share and have a term of five years. This grant is made pursuant to the Company's stock option plan which was re-approved at the Annual General Meeting.About Unigold Inc.
