TORONTO, 07/17/12 - NWT Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE: NWT) (FRANKFURT: NMV) today announced that CEO and Director, David Subotic has been appointed to the URU Metals Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. NWT Uranium is the largest shareholder in URU Metals, owning 43.94%."I look forward to working closely with the URU Metals' management team and the other board members in implementing a strategy that will result in tremendous value to both NWT Uranium and URU Metals shareholders," said Mr. Subotic in a statement.
