July 31, 2012 - Hi Ho Silver Resources Inc. (the "Company") (CNSX: HHS; Frankfurt: H9T) wishes to announce that, as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company is issuing this news release to clarify the Company’s disclosure.The Company has amended and restated its third quarter Financial Statements and has re-filed the financial statements on SEDAR. This was required due to an error involving the dating of two payments that were required under the terms of the Company's Royal Attwood Option with Golden Dawn Minerals Ltd., as amended, which was required to be disclosed and corrected.
