Rockgate Capital Extends High-Grade Uranium-Silver Plateau Edge Structure, Falea Uranium-Silver-Copper Project
Highlights:
- 22 DDH's extend high-grade mineralization on-strike to the southeast (PES SE-Extension) and east to fill gap between North Zone and new Northeast Plateau.
- Infill drilling was highly successful in increasing the number of thick intersections (greater than 4 metres) of uranium and silver-rich mineralization along strike to the southeast of PES.
- 4 drills continue to extend mineralization from the southern boundary of the North Zone, expand Bodi Area mineralization, and step-out on Central Zone.
- Thus far in 2012, 400 diamond drill holes totalling over 88,000 metres have been completed.

The PES SE-Extension infill drill program was designed to:
- Build Measured and Indicated ("M & I") mineral resources by expanding areas of thick, high-grade uranium mineralization.
- Add value by expanding high-grade silver mineralization.
- Fill gaps between PES, eastern parts of the North Zone, and the new Northeast Plateau zone.
PES SE Extension
Several drill holes from previous campaigns indicated the potential for additional thick, high-grade mineralization to the southeast, along strike with the PES. Thus, between December 2011 and February 2012, a series of holes were drilled southeast and east of the PES. Drilling was completed to an average drill-spacing of 50-metres, thus firming up the resource model in the southeastern part of the North Zone.
Results from this phase of drilling (see Table 2) show that while uranium and silver grades are largely similar to those typically encountered in the PES and thicknesses are very good. Several holes, notably DF-500 (0.19% U3O8, 83.6 g/t Ag, and 0.24% Cu over 9.5m) and DF-502 (0.07% U3O8, 95.7 g/t Ag, and 0.17% Cu over 6.5m), are located 300 to 350 metres southeast of the PES, indicating that PES-style mineralization, i.e. thick and high grade, remains open to the southeast. Nine additional diamond drill holes have been completed on two sections in an attempt to extend this trend further to the southeast.
Drilling south of PES, particularly DF-513 (0.09% U3O8, 122.0 g/t Ag, and 0.16% Cu over 7.4m) and DF-515 (0.15% U3O8, 153.0 g/t Ag, and 0.01% Cu over 1.0m), suggested that high-grade mineralization may extend further south and southwest into an area of limited drilling. Results from diamond drilling on those mineralized trends are expected soon.

2012 Diamond Drill Program
Rockgate's 2012 drill program, 4 diamond drills exploring several areas outside the current resource boundary, has been suspended as of August 1st due to the onset of intense seasonal rains. Step-out drilling was focused in 3 main areas:
1. Bodi Area - to confirm and expand near-surface mineralization north of the Falea plateau with the aim of identifying potential open pit resources and access to underground at North Zone.
2. North Zone South Block - to extend high-grade mineralization into a 400 metre x 500 metre block immediately south of the North Zone and east of the Road Fault. Two fences of 9 holes further east on the PES SE Extension are also underway.
3. Central Zone - to extend mineralization to the east, northeast, and southeast.
Christopher J. Wild, P.Eng., Project Manager for Falea, is the Qualified Person for the Company under NI 43-101. All core samples are cut in half on site and sent to ALS-Chemex in Bamako for direct shipment to ALS-Chemex in Johannesburg, South Africa, for ICP-MS and XRF analysis. The company inserts a standard, blank and requests a duplicate sample be run in every batch of 20 samples. In addition, the lab inserts in-house blanks, standards, and duplicates with each shipment. Data that falls outside the control limits are checked and repeated as necessary.
HQ-size core (63.5 mm diameter) was drilled in the PES SE Extension. Mineralized core was sawn in half and one half sawn into quarters. One quarter core was sent for assay, quarter retained as a permanent record, and half core was collected for pilot plant-scale metallurgical test work
