QUEBEC CITY, CANADA -- (Marketwire - Dec. 29, 2011) - Key Gold Holding Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KGH) (the "Company") hereby announces that it closed a $100,000 private placement, pursuant to which 2,000,000 common shares of the Company were issued at a price of $0.05 per share.All the common shares issued pursuant to the private placements are subject to a mandatory hold period ending April 20, 2012.
